Roots Rising must be notified of any cancellations by October 20 in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.

Prepared Food Vendors must receive required permits from the Dalton Board of Health. Any fees associated with permits are the responsibility of the vendor. No single use plastic is allowed. Paper plates, earth friendly plastic, bamboo, etc are all approved for use. Vendors with “made to order food” will be given a premier spot behind the bar in the Great Room, so they can have access to running water and electricity.

Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, displays, and other related equipment. Set up will take place on Friday evening from approximately 3 to 6pm. Vendors are required to attend both days of the festival. Vendors must be in place and ready at the start of the Festival each day, and may not leave until the Festival closes (unless given permission by Roots Rising). Vendors are welcome to leave items and displays during the weekend. The Stationery Factory is locked at night, however Roots Rising cannot take responsibility for any losses. Upon the closing of the Festival, vendors must remove all items. Specific booth assignments and load-in details will be provided closer to the Festival opening date.

Vendors indemnify and hold harmless Roots Rising Inc. and their officers, agents and employees from and against all liabilities, loss, injuries, damages, and claims arising out of or related in any way to your participation in the Handmade Holiday Festival.
